Our early (and ongoing) work with Gamer Supps (during some of its foundational years) speaks to this and demonstrates great results and most importantly the long term success influencer marketing can achieve when done right. Gamer Supps' e-commerce store received a spike in sales, customers, conversions, and average order amount immediately after the announcement of the Misfits Podcast partnership in 2019. From Q2 2016 through Q1 2019 Gamer Supps Store had an average of a 2.75% conversion rate, that is average across the industry. In contrast, 5 months later the Misfits generated 365,867.53 in sales and helped hit a conversion rate of 4.7% which ranks the store in the top 0.1% of Shopify stores in its category, as well as help establish the brand amongst its competitors for many years to come.
